Short version: We use your photos to create and store the looks you request. We do not sell your personal information or use your photos for biometric identification.
1. Who we are and scope
Lemilook (“Lemilook”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides an AI-assisted virtual clothing visualization service. This Privacy Policy applies to the Lemilook Android and iOS applications, lemilook.com, and the APIs and support services that operate them (collectively, the “Service”).
For questions or privacy requests, contact lemiguide@gmail.com. The current operator identification will also be shown in the relevant app-store listing and may be updated in this policy if the operating legal entity changes.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you create or access an account, we may receive your email address, display name, profile image, authentication-provider identifier, preferred language, account creation date and session information. Password-based authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication; Lemilook does not receive your plaintext password.
Photos, links and generated content
We process the person photos and garment images you select, product-page links you submit, images found from those links, generated try-on results, and related job information such as status, time and error state. Images may contain faces or other personal details. Do not upload another person’s image unless you have permission.
Usage and technical data
We may collect app version, device and operating-system information, language, approximate region inferred from technical settings, screen views, onboarding progress, authentication method, try-on events, generation duration, paywall interactions, purchase status and diagnostic information. Analytics events are designed not to contain photos, product URLs, email addresses or raw error messages.
Purchases
Google Play or Apple processes your payment details. We receive limited transaction information needed to validate and fulfill a purchase, such as product identifier, purchase token or transaction identifier, purchase state, order reference and the number of try-ons granted. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Support and deletion requests
When you contact us, we process the information you provide, including your email address, request details, correspondence and any attachments you voluntarily send.
3. How and why we use information
We use information to:
- create, authenticate and secure your account;
- validate input images and generate the virtual try-ons you request;
- save your source photos and generated results for reuse and history;
- extract candidate garment images from links you submit;
- process, validate and fulfill purchases;
- provide downloads, sharing, support and account deletion;
- maintain security, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms;
- measure onboarding, reliability, conversion and feature performance;
- debug failures and improve the Service.
Where the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or similar laws apply, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving a secure Service, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Photos and AI processing
To provide a try-on, selected images are transmitted to our servers and may be sent to specialized image-validation and AI-generation providers. Those providers process the content to return the requested result. Lemilook does not use facial recognition to identify you, create biometric identity profiles, or determine sensitive traits from your face.
Lemilook does not sell your photos. We do not intentionally use private user photos to train our own general-purpose AI models. Third-party processors handle data under their applicable terms and data-protection commitments. You should avoid uploading images that contain information you do not want processed by such providers.
Generated images are synthetic visualizations. They may be inaccurate and are not a guarantee of physical size, fit, fabric behavior, availability or appearance in real life.
5. When we disclose information
We may disclose limited information to vendors that help operate the Service, including:
- Google Firebase for authentication and analytics;
- Google Play and, when available, Apple for app distribution, payments and transaction validation;
- OpenAI and/or fal.ai and their underlying model providers for image validation or generation, depending on the processing route in use;
- hosting, storage, security, email and infrastructure providers;
- professional advisers, authorities or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety and security.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this practice changes, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices before the change takes effect.
If Lemilook is involved in a merger, financing, reorganization or sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.
6. International transfers
Our providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other lawful safeguards. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your information.
7. Storage, security and retention
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including encrypted HTTPS transport, access controls, token-based authentication and restricted server access. No system is completely secure.
Account information, source photos and generated results are generally retained while your account remains active so you can reuse photos and access your history. At the current stage, Lemilook does not automatically delete valid generated looks after a fixed short period. You may delete your account or request deletion at any time.
After a verified deletion request, we aim to delete or irreversibly anonymize account data and associated stored images within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records, tax, accounting or another legal obligation. Backups may persist for a limited additional period before being overwritten.
Purchase, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained after account deletion where required. Deletion requests and proof of completion may also be retained to demonstrate compliance.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access and obtain a copy of your personal information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information and account;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive portable data;
- withdraw consent;
- appeal a denied request where local law provides that right;
- complain to your local data-protection authority.
You may begin account deletion in the application or use our web deletion request. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits, subject to verification.
You can control optional notifications through the app or device settings. Device and app-store settings may also offer controls for analytics and advertising identifiers. Lemilook’s website does not currently use advertising cookies.
9. Public links and sharing
Generated images are not intentionally listed in a public gallery by default. However, when you use sharing features or send a direct result link, recipients may view, copy or redistribute the content. Some image files may be served through difficult-to-guess direct URLs; anyone who receives such a URL may be able to access it. Share carefully.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher age for independent consent to data processing, a parent or guardian must authorize use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child provided data without appropriate authorization.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal or operational changes. We will publish the revised version here and update the effective date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice in the app or by other appropriate means.
